The Flask Society

At the time of signing and submitting the Membership Agreement, the member authorizes The Hidden Flask to charge their credit card for the full payment of initial fee. Annual membership dues will be charged upon signing the contract. All fees and dues are subject to current New Jersey sales tax. All memberships are minimum for one (1) year.

Members have the option to pay the membership dues monthly or all upfront for the entire year. Completion and submission of the Membership Agreement also authorize The Hidden Flask to charge subsequent membership renewal fees, unless member cancels their membership in writing with at least thirty (30) days advance notice of their renewal date. The renewal date is one year from the date the original Membership Agreement was signed and dated.

All membership fees & dues are final. Members have the right to forfeit their membership for the current year of membership, but understand that all dues, including membership charges, will not be refunded. Any membership cancellation notification will be put into effect for the following year of membership.

Membership dues are automatically charged on the anniversary date of the member’s original join date, or revised expiration date based on any modifications to membership. Renewal opt-out requests must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the membership expiration date.

Member has provided The Hidden Flask with its credit card for the purpose of paying for membership annual dues and Member recognizes and agrees that The Hidden Flask will maintain this information in its files and acknowledges The Hidden Flask’s right to charge the credit card.

Member is obligated to pay any collection and/or legal costs incurred by The Hidden Flask for collection of any fees and/or charges. The Hidden Flask reserves the right to charge balances and overdue balances to their current card on file. In the event an unpaid balance remains unresolved for a period of two (2) weeks with no response from the Member after multiple documented attempts to collect payment, any bottles or personal property left in a member’s locker may be deemed abandoned and will be forfeited to The Hidden Flask without compensation. Effective January 2026, all perks are subject to the Club Agreement Terms. Deposits, dues, and fees are subject to change. Other Membership Levels may be available.

All members and their guests recognize their understanding of the “upscale casual” dress code. The Hidden Flask reserves the right to deny admission to any members or their guests if their attire is not in accordance with our lounge standards

Each member will be designated a private secure locker for their personal use. Member agrees not to store any illegal products/items in their lockers and acknowledges that doing so will be grounds for immediate termination of membership and all membership rights and forfeiture of all rights/claims to a refund of membership fees. Further, Member hereby agrees to indemnify The Hidden Flask for any liability and legal fees incurred by The Hidden Flask as a result of such illegal storage and/or activity. The Hidden Flask reserves the right to access without notice any private locker for the purpose of maintenance, inspection, and/or in the event there is risk of damage to property.

The Hidden Flask shall not be liable for the loss of, or theft of, or damage to, the personal property of Member or guests, including items left on lounge premises or elsewhere in the lounge.

Member acknowledges that no guests are permitted on lounge premises that are under the age of 18. Members seeking to bring guests under the age of twenty-one (21) onto premises must contact The Hidden Flask staff for consideration.

At The Hidden Flask we encourage you to purchase wines & spirits to consume during your visit at the lounge.

• Locker Membership Fee Guests may purchase bottles directly from the establishment and store such purchased bottles in a private locker for a monthly fee of $100.
• Shared Locker Option A locker may be shared with one (1) additional designated individual for an added monthly fee of $150. The primary locker holder is responsible for all charges and compliance by the additional user.
• Bottle Usage Bottles stored in the locker may be used for straight-up pours only. Any drink requiring mixers will incur an additional charge equivalent to the current mocktail price. Guests may not use their stored bottle to replicate, recreate, or approximate any of the establishment’s cocktails.

The Hidden Flask reserves the right to terminate the membership of, and/or enact immediate dismissal from lounge premises for any person(s), members or guests, or any additional joint members on their account, engaging in any of the following types of behavior:

• Illegal or unlawful behavior of any kind.
• Offensive social misconduct including but not limited to inappropriate levels of intoxication; lewd and disrespectful vocal abuse to other members, guests, and staff; inappropriate sexual advances of any kind to other members, guests and staff; aggressive and irrational behavior of any kind.
• Guests unaccompanied by a member, or otherwise not noted on the member’s guest list.
• Additional guests not included in the total number of allotted guests per member.
